Strawberry Spritz
A light and fruity spritz with fresh strawberry puree, Aperol, and prosecco — perfect for warm days.
Ingredients
- 1 fl oz. Aperol
- 1 fl oz. fresh strawberry puree
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 3 fl oz. prosecco
Directions
- 1Fill a wine glass with ice.
- 2Add Aperol, strawberry puree, and lemon juice and stir.
- 3Top with prosecco.
- 4Garnish with a fresh strawberry and mint sprig.
