Tequila Collins
A Mexican twist on the classic Tom Collins made with tequila instead of gin.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. tequila
- 1 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
- 3 fl oz. club soda
Directions
- 1Combine tequila, lime juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake and strain into a Collins glass over ice.
- 3Top with club soda.
- 4Garnish with a lime wheel.
