Test Pilot
A potent tiki classic from Don the Beachcomber blending Jamaican and Martinique rums with Falernum and Pernod.

Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. Jamaican rum
- 0.75 fl oz. Martinique rum
- 0.5 fl oz. Falernum
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 1 tsp. Pernod
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice.
- 2Shake vigorously until chilled.
- 3Pour unstrained into a tiki mug.
- 4Garnish with a mint sprig and cherry.
