Test Pilot

Ingredients

• 1.5 fl oz. Jamaican rum
• 0.75 fl oz. Martinique rum
• 0.5 fl oz. Falernum
• 0.5 fl oz. fresh lime juice
• 1 dash Angostura bitters
• 1 tsp. Pernod

Directions

1. 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker with crushed ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously until chilled.
3. 3Pour unstrained into a tiki mug.
4. 4Garnish with a mint sprig and cherry.
