Tipperary
An Irish whiskey classic featuring green Chartreuse and sweet vermouth, deeply herbal and warming.

Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. Irish whiskey
- 0.75 fl oz. sweet vermouth
- 0.5 fl oz. green Chartreuse
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Directions
- 1Combine Irish whiskey, sweet vermouth, Chartreuse, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with an orange twist.
