Tom Gin Cocktail
A simple, sweet 19th-century cocktail using Old Tom gin with simple syrup and Angostura bitters.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. Old Tom gin
- 1 tsp. simple syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Directions
- 1Combine Old Tom gin, simple syrup, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe.
- 4Garnish with a lemon twist.
