A sophisticated pre-Prohibition gin and dry sherry cocktail with maraschino and orange bitters, showcasing the elegance of an era gone by.
Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. gin
- 1.5 fl oz. fino sherry
- 0.25 fl oz. maraschino liqueur
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a lemon twist and maraschino cherry.
