Vodka Gimlet
A clean, crisp vodka variation of the classic gin gimlet, made with fresh lime juice and simple syrup.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. vodka
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.75 fl oz. simple syrup
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake well until chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a lime wheel.
