Whiskey Flip

A classic flip cocktail made with bourbon, whole egg, and simple syrup, served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients

  • 2 fl oz. bourbon
  • 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
  • 1 whole egg

Directions

  1. 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice.
  2. 2Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
  3. 3Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
  4. 4Strain into a coupe glass.
  5. 5Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
