Whiskey Flip
A classic flip cocktail made with bourbon, whole egg, and simple syrup, served in a coupe glass.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. bourbon
- 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
- 1 whole egg
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice.
- 2Dry shake vigorously for 15 seconds.
- 3Add ice and shake again until well chilled.
- 4Strain into a coupe glass.
- 5Garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
