Yuzu Gimlet
A Japanese-inspired twist on the classic gimlet using yuzu juice in place of lime for a more complex, floral citrus flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. gin
- 0.75 fl oz. yuzu juice
- 0.75 fl oz. simple syrup
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake well until chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a yuzu or lemon twist.
