Yuzu Margarita
An East-meets-West cocktail combining tequila with fragrant yuzu juice for an aromatic, citrusy margarita with Japanese flair.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. tequila blanco
- 0.75 fl oz. yuzu juice
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.5 fl oz. triple sec
- 0.25 fl oz. agave nectar
Directions
- 1Salt the rim of a rocks glass.
- 2Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- 3Shake vigorously and strain over fresh ice.
- 4Garnish with a yuzu or lime wheel.
