Yuzu Sour
A light, aromatic Japanese-style sour using yuzu juice and either whisky or gin, optionally topped with a cloud of egg white foam.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. Japanese whisky or gin
- 0.75 fl oz. yuzu juice
- 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
- 0.5 fl oz. egg white
Directions
- 1Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
- 2Add ice and shake again vigorously.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
- 4Garnish with a yuzu peel and a few drops of Angostura bitters.
