Yuzu Sour

A light, aromatic Japanese-style sour using yuzu juice and either whisky or gin, optionally topped with a cloud of egg white foam.

Directions

  1. 1Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
  2. 2Add ice and shake again vigorously.
  3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe or rocks glass.
  4. 4Garnish with a yuzu peel and a few drops of Angostura bitters.
