Zombie
A potent tiki cocktail made with three types of rum, lime juice, falernum, and grenadine.
Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. gold rum
- 1.5 fl oz. dark rum
- 1 fl oz. 151-proof rum
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh grapefruit juice
- 0.5 fl oz. falernum
- 0.25 fl oz. grenadine
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients except the 151-proof rum in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake well and pour into a tall glass over crushed ice.
- 3Float the 151-proof rum on top.
- 4Garnish with a cherry and mint sprig.
