Algonquin
A Prohibition-era cocktail named after the famous New York hotel, blending rye with dry vermouth and pineapple juice.

Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. rye whiskey
- 1 fl oz. dry vermouth
- 1 fl oz. pineapple juice
Directions
- 1Combine rye, dry vermouth, and pineapple juice in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
