Amaretto Fizz
A sweet, almond-scented fizz with amaretto, fresh lemon juice, egg white, and soda water.
Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. amaretto
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white
- 2 fl oz. soda water
Directions
- 1Combine amaretto, lemon juice, and egg white in a shaker.
- 2Dry shake, then add ice and shake vigorously.
- 3Strain into a tall glass without ice.
- 4Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon slice.
