American Trilogy

Ingredients

• 1 oz rye whiskey
• 1 oz applejack
• 1 cube brown sugar
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• 1 long, curly orange peel

Directions

1. 1In a rocks glass, add sugar cube and saturate with orange bitters.
2. 2Gently muddle to make a granulated paste.
3. 3Add whiskey and ice (preferably an oversized cube).
4. 4Garnish with a long, curly orange peel.
5. 5Enjoy!
