Aperol Negroni
A lighter twist on the classic Negroni, swapping Campari for Aperol for a sweeter, less bitter flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 fl oz. gin
- 1 fl oz. Aperol
- 1 fl oz. sweet vermouth
Directions
- 1Stir all ingredients with ice.
- 2Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 3Garnish with an orange peel.
