Rye Bee's Knees
A boozy twist on the Prohibition-era classic using rye whiskey instead of gin with honey and lemon.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. rye whiskey
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 fl oz. honey syrup
Directions
- 1Combine rye, lemon juice, and honey syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake vigorously until chilled.
- 3Double strain into a chilled coupe.
- 4Garnish with a lemon twist.
