Bramble
A British gin cocktail created by Dick Bradsell, made with gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup, and blackberry liqueur.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. gin
- 1 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
- 0.5 fl oz. creme de mure
Directions
- 1Build gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a rocks glass over crushed ice.
- 2Stir briefly.
- 3Drizzle creme de mure over the top.
- 4Garnish with a lemon slice and fresh blackberries.
