Champagne Cocktail
A Champagne cocktail is a classic cocktail using Champagne as the main ingredient. The original recipe calls for a sugar cube soaked in bitters, topped with brandy and Champagne.
Ingredients
- 1 sugar cube sugar
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- 1 tsp brandy
- 4 fl oz. Champagne
Directions
- 1Soak sugar cube in Angostura bitters and place in a flute.
- 2Add brandy.
- 3Top with chilled Champagne.
- 4Garnish with lemon twist.
