Chicago Cocktail
A sparkling 19th-century classic — brandy, orange curaçao, and Angostura in a sugar-rimmed flute topped with Champagne.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. brandy
- 1 tsp. orange curaçao
- 1 dash Angostura bitters
- 2 fl oz. Champagne
Directions
- 1Rim a flute or coupe with sugar.
- 2Combine brandy, curaçao, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
- 3Stir until chilled.
- 4Strain into the prepared glass and top with Champagne.
- 5Garnish with a lemon twist.
