A sparkling 19th-century classic — brandy, orange curaçao, and Angostura in a sugar-rimmed flute topped with Champagne.

  2. 2Combine brandy, curaçao, and bitters in a mixing glass with ice.
  3. 3Stir until chilled.
  4. 4Strain into the prepared glass and top with Champagne.
  5. 5Garnish with a lemon twist.
