Clover Leaf
A delicate gin sour with raspberry syrup and egg white — a pink, frothy, and elegant classic.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. gin
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. raspberry syrup
- 1 egg white
Directions
- 1Combine gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup, and egg white in a shaker.
- 2Dry shake without ice, then add ice and shake vigorously.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a fresh raspberry on top of the foam.
