Shake the coconut water, lime, pineapple, and syrup with ice until cold, then strain over fresh ice. Add sparkling water after shaking and give the glass one gentle lift from the bottom to combine it without losing the bubbles.
A tropical, creamy non-alcoholic drink blending coconut water, fresh lime, and a splash of pineapple — bright, refreshing, and utterly summery.

TonicDB editorial guide
This is a light coconut-water highball rather than a creamy coconut drink. Lime gives the mild coconut definition, pineapple adds a small tropical accent, and sparkling water keeps the mixture clean and refreshing.
Shake the coconut water, lime, pineapple, and syrup with ice until cold, then strain over fresh ice. Add sparkling water after shaking and give the glass one gentle lift from the bottom to combine it without losing the bubbles.
Serve in a tall glass with a lime wedge and plenty of ice. Choose unsweetened coconut water if possible, since sweetened versions can make the added syrup and pineapple unnecessary.
Coconut water brands vary in sweetness and saltiness, so taste the base before adding all the syrup. Coconut milk or cream is not a direct substitute: either would change the texture, dilution, and citrus balance completely.
For a drier version, omit the simple syrup and increase the pineapple juice only if the fruit flavor becomes too faint. A few thin cucumber slices can add a fresh note without turning the drink creamy or sweeter.
These notes explain how to execute and adapt the recipe shown above. Ingredients and serving traditions vary, so taste and adjust thoughtfully.
