Dragon Fruit Margarita
A strikingly vibrant, fuchsia margarita made with fresh dragon fruit puree, tequila, and lime.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. blanco tequila
- 1.5 fl oz. fresh dragon fruit puree
- 1 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.5 fl oz. agave syrup
- 0.5 fl oz. triple sec
Directions
- 1Rim a rocks glass with black lava salt.
- 2Combine tequila, dragon fruit puree, lime juice, agave syrup, and triple sec in a shaker with ice.
- 3Shake vigorously until chilled.
- 4Strain over fresh ice and garnish with a dragon fruit slice.
