Dry Manhattan
A Manhattan variation made with dry vermouth instead of sweet vermouth, creating a crisper cocktail.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. rye whiskey
- 1 fl oz. dry vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Directions
- 1Stir all ingredients with ice in a mixing glass.
- 2Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 3Garnish with a lemon twist.
