Empress Gin Fizz
A visually stunning fizz using Empress 1908 Gin, which turns from deep indigo to pink when mixed with lemon juice.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. Empress 1908 Gin
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
- 2 fl oz. soda water
Directions
- 1Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake well until chilled.
- 3Strain into a glass over ice.
- 4Top with soda water and watch the color change.
