Espresso Negroni
A bold Negroni spiked with a shot of espresso — bitter, complex, and wonderfully caffeinated.

Ingredients
- 1 fl oz. gin
- 1 fl oz. Campari
- 0.75 fl oz. sweet vermouth
- 0.5 shot freshly brewed espresso, cooled
Directions
- 1Combine gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, and espresso in a mixing glass with ice.
- 2Stir until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
- 4Garnish with an orange peel and three coffee beans.
