Espresso Negroni

Ingredients

• 1 fl oz. gin
• 1 fl oz. Campari
• 0.75 fl oz. sweet vermouth
• 0.5 shot freshly brewed espresso, cooled

Directions

1. 1Combine gin, Campari, sweet vermouth, and espresso in a mixing glass with ice.
2. 2Stir until well chilled.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. 4Garnish with an orange peel and three coffee beans.
