Gimlet

Ingredients

• 2 fl oz. gin
• 0.75 fl oz. fresh lime juice
• 0.75 fl oz. simple syrup

Directions

1. 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake well and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. 3Garnish with lime wheel.
