Gin Daisy
A colorful pre-Prohibition daisy — gin, lemon juice, grenadine, and a soda water crown.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. gin
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. grenadine
- 1 splash soda water
Directions
- 1Combine gin, lemon juice, and grenadine in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake until chilled.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
- 4Top with soda water and garnish with a lemon wheel and cherry.
