Gin Fizz

Ingredients

• 2 fl oz. gin
• 1 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
• 0.75 fl oz. simple syrup
• 2 fl oz. club soda

Directions

1. 1Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake well and strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
3. 3Top with club soda and stir gently.
4. 4Garnish with a lemon wheel.
