Gin Fizz
A classic cocktail made with gin, lemon juice, sugar, and soda water.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. gin
- 1 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 fl oz. simple syrup
- 2 fl oz. club soda
Directions
- 1Combine gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake well and strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.
- 3Top with club soda and stir gently.
- 4Garnish with a lemon wheel.
