Hemingway Daiquiri
Also known as the Papa Doble, this tart and complex daiquiri created by Ernest Hemingway combines rum with grapefruit and maraschino.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. white rum
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh grapefruit juice
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.5 fl oz. maraschino liqueur
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake vigorously until well chilled.
- 3Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a lime twist.
