A Scotch-based sour with honey syrup and fresh lemon juice, offering a smoky, sweet, and tart combination.

Directions

  1. 1Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
  2. 2Add ice and shake again vigorously.
  3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
  4. 4Garnish with a few drops of Angostura bitters and a lemon peel.
