Horsefeather
A simple, spicy Midwestern whiskey cocktail made with rye or bourbon, ginger beer, and a squeeze of lemon, similar to a Moscow Mule.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. rye whiskey
- 4 fl oz. ginger beer
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Directions
- 1Fill a highball glass or copper mug with ice.
- 2Add rye whiskey and lemon juice.
- 3Top with ginger beer and stir gently.
- 4Add bitters and garnish with a lemon wheel.
