Hotel Nacional
A classic Cuban cocktail from the Hotel Nacional de Cuba, combining rum with pineapple juice and apricot brandy for a tropical sip.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. white rum
- 1 fl oz. pineapple juice
- 0.5 fl oz. apricot brandy
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lime juice
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake vigorously until chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
