Jack Rabbit
A zippy 1920s cocktail combining applejack with orange juice, lemon juice, and a touch of maple syrup.
Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. applejack
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh orange juice
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. maple syrup
Directions
- 1Combine applejack, orange juice, lemon juice, and maple syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake until well chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a lemon twist.
