Lavender Collins
A floral take on the Tom Collins using gin, fresh lemon, lavender syrup, and soda water.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. gin
- 1 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 fl oz. lavender syrup
- 2 fl oz. soda water
Directions
- 1Combine gin, lemon juice, and lavender syrup in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake well until chilled.
- 3Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
- 4Top with soda water and garnish with a lavender sprig and lemon wheel.
