A floral, fragrant gin fizz with homemade lavender syrup, fresh lemon, and sparkling soda water.

Directions

  1. 1Combine gin, lavender syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake until chilled.
  3. 3Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
  4. 4Top with soda water and garnish with a lavender sprig and lemon wheel.
