Lavender Gin Fizz
A floral, fragrant gin fizz with homemade lavender syrup, fresh lemon, and sparkling soda water.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. gin
- 0.75 fl oz. lavender syrup
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 2 fl oz. soda water
Directions
- 1Combine gin, lavender syrup, and lemon juice in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake until chilled.
- 3Strain into a tall glass over fresh ice.
- 4Top with soda water and garnish with a lavender sprig and lemon wheel.
