Maple Whiskey Sour
A warming twist on the classic Whiskey Sour, sweetened with maple syrup instead of simple syrup.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. bourbon
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. maple syrup
- 1 whole egg white
Directions
- 1Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
- 2Add ice and shake vigorously.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- 4Garnish with a lemon wheel and a few drops of Angostura bitters.
