Midori Sour
A vibrant green sour cocktail made with Midori melon liqueur, lemon juice, and simple syrup.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. Midori melon liqueur
- 1 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
- 1 whole egg white
Directions
- 1Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
- 2Add ice and shake vigorously.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
- 4Garnish with a maraschino cherry.
