Nicky Finn
A forgotten Prohibition classic blending gin, Cointreau, Pernod, and fresh lemon juice.

Ingredients
- 1 fl oz. gin
- 1 fl oz. Cointreau
- 1 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. Pernod
Directions
- 1Combine gin, Cointreau, lemon juice, and Pernod in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake vigorously until chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe.
- 4Garnish with a lemon twist.
