Passion Fruit Daiquiri
A tropical twist on the classic daiquiri using passion fruit purée for an intensely aromatic, sweet-tart cocktail.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. white rum
- 1 fl oz. passion fruit purée
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake vigorously until chilled.
- 3Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a passion fruit half.
