Pink Clover Club
A deeper, pinker version of the Clover Club made with both raspberry and grenadine for extra fruity richness.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. gin
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. raspberry syrup
- 0.25 fl oz. grenadine
- 1 egg white
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake without ice.
- 2Add ice and shake again vigorously until frothy.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe.
- 4Garnish with fresh raspberries.
