Pink Lady
A Pink Lady is a classic cocktail made with gin, apple brandy, grenadine, lemon juice, and egg white.
Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. gin
- 0.5 fl oz. apple brandy
- 0.5 fl oz. grenadine
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 1 whole egg white
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
- 2Dry shake without ice first.
- 3Add ice and shake vigorously.
- 4Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
- 5Garnish with cherry.
