Pink Lady

A Pink Lady is a classic cocktail made with gin, apple brandy, grenadine, lemon juice, and egg white.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 fl oz. gin
  • 0.5 fl oz. apple brandy
  • 0.5 fl oz. grenadine
  • 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 1 whole egg white

Directions

  1. 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker.
  2. 2Dry shake without ice first.
  3. 3Add ice and shake vigorously.
  4. 4Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  5. 5Garnish with cherry.
