Pistachio Sour
A nutty, elegant sour with gin or vodka, pistachio orgeat, lemon juice, and egg white.
Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. gin
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.75 fl oz. pistachio orgeat
- 1 egg white
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake without ice.
- 2Add ice and shake again vigorously.
- 3Double strain into a chilled coupe.
- 4Garnish with crushed pistachios and a lemon twist.
