Pistachio Sour

Ingredients

• 2 fl oz. gin
• 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
• 0.75 fl oz. pistachio orgeat
• 1 egg white

Directions

1. 1Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry shake without ice.
2. 2Add ice and shake again vigorously.
3. 3Double strain into a chilled coupe.
4. 4Garnish with crushed pistachios and a lemon twist.
