Royal Hawaiian
A classic Waikiki cocktail blending gin, pineapple juice, lemon, and orgeat for a silky tropical sip.
Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. gin
- 1 fl oz. pineapple juice
- 0.5 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. orgeat
Directions
- 1Combine gin, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and orgeat in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake vigorously until chilled.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
