Royal Hawaiian

Ingredients

• 1.5 fl oz. gin
• 1 fl oz. pineapple juice
• 0.5 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 fl oz. orgeat

Directions

1. 1Combine gin, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and orgeat in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake vigorously until chilled.
3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. 4Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
