Rum Daisy

Ingredients

• 2 fl oz. white rum
• 0.5 fl oz. yellow Chartreuse
• 0.75 fl oz. fresh lime juice
• 1 splash soda water

Directions

1. 1Combine rum, Chartreuse, and lime juice in a shaker with ice.
2. 2Shake until chilled.
3. 3Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
4. 4Top with soda water and garnish with a lime wheel.
