Rum Daisy
A crisp, colorful daisy with white rum, yellow Chartreuse, fresh lime, and a soda splash.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. white rum
- 0.5 fl oz. yellow Chartreuse
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 splash soda water
Directions
- 1Combine rum, Chartreuse, and lime juice in a shaker with ice.
- 2Shake until chilled.
- 3Strain into a rocks glass over crushed ice.
- 4Top with soda water and garnish with a lime wheel.
