Rum Swizzle
The national drink of Bermuda, made with rum, lime juice, Falernum, Angostura bitters, and pineapple juice.
Ingredients
- 1.5 fl oz. dark rum
- 1.5 fl oz. light rum
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lime juice
- 0.75 fl oz. pineapple juice
- 0.25 fl oz. Falernum
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a tall glass with crushed ice.
- 2Swizzle until the glass is frosted.
- 3Garnish with a cherry and pineapple slice.
