Shamrock Sour
An Irish whiskey sour with a green tinge from fresh herbs or crème de menthe, perfect for St. Patrick's Day celebrations.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. Irish whiskey
- 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
- 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
- 0.25 fl oz. green crème de menthe
- 0.5 fl oz. egg white
Directions
- 1Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
- 2Add ice and shake again vigorously.
- 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
- 4Garnish with a shamrock-shaped mint leaf.
