Shamrock Sour

Ingredients

• 2 fl oz. Irish whiskey
• 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
• 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
• 0.25 fl oz. green crème de menthe
• 0.5 fl oz. egg white

Directions

1. 1Dry shake all ingredients without ice.
2. 2Add ice and shake again vigorously.
3. 3Strain into a chilled coupe glass.
4. 4Garnish with a shamrock-shaped mint leaf.
