Sloe Gin Fizz

A refreshing fizzy cocktail made with sloe gin, lemon juice, and soda water.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 fl oz. sloe gin
  • 0.5 fl oz. gin
  • 0.75 fl oz. fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 fl oz. simple syrup
  • 3 fl oz. club soda

Directions

  1. 1Combine sloe gin, gin, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker with ice.
  2. 2Shake and strain into a highball glass over ice.
  3. 3Top with club soda.
  4. 4Garnish with a lemon wheel.
