Smoked Manhattan
A dramatic Manhattan served in a smoke-filled glass, adding a campfire depth to the classic rye and vermouth pairing.

Ingredients
- 2 fl oz. rye whiskey
- 1 fl oz. sweet vermouth
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Directions
- 1Smoke the inside of a rocks glass with a smoking gun using cherrywood chips.
- 2Stir rye, sweet vermouth, and bitters with ice until chilled.
- 3Strain into the smoked glass over a large ice cube.
- 4Garnish with a Luxardo cherry and orange peel.
