Sparkling Negroni
A lighter, effervescent Negroni with prosecco replacing part of the gin — bittersweet and bubbly.
Ingredients
- 0.75 fl oz. gin
- 1 fl oz. Campari
- 1 fl oz. sweet vermouth
- 2 fl oz. prosecco
Directions
- 1Stir gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth with ice until chilled.
- 2Strain into a wine glass over ice.
- 3Top with prosecco and stir very gently.
- 4Garnish with an orange slice.
