Sparkling Negroni

A lighter, effervescent Negroni with prosecco replacing part of the gin — bittersweet and bubbly.

Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1Stir gin, Campari, and sweet vermouth with ice until chilled.
  2. 2Strain into a wine glass over ice.
  3. 3Top with prosecco and stir very gently.
  4. 4Garnish with an orange slice.
